They work
I’ve had insomnia my entire life, and have tried every prescription and otc sleep aid out there. Hated them all for turning me into a zombie. After 1 week my REM and deep sleep times have doubled (as tracked with Oura Ring 4), and my time to fall asleep has consistently been under 15 min (compared to an average of 3 hours previously). Plus, these glasses are pretty cute 😎

Good for breaking device habits.
Very much enjoy these glasses, they allow me to feel more naturally tired if that makes sense. I feel like blue light is addictive and keeps me awake, and these help me listen to my body’s natural night time wind down.

Great glasses. You can tell from the moment you open the box that the quality is superb. They feel sturdy yet lightweight, and are super comfortable. Love the protection I’m getting from them. Can’t wait to wear them to the gym (why must they have fluorescent lightning?!) to see what kind of looks I get ;)

These are super cute, I got tons of compliments when I posted a pic of me wearing them on Insta. I also feel like I am sleeping better and these help me wind down better at night. I typically put them on around 7pm or whenever I'm done with supper. Highly recommend.
