I wore other redlight glasses for years, but I didn't know what I was missing until I finally upgraded to Ra Optics. Wow, what a difference!
First, these glasses feel amazing on my face, you can tell it's high quality stuff (not the cheap plastic I had from this other company that broke multiple times and the lenses were flimsy plastic falling apart).
Second, I feel a sense of peace and calm when I put these on - it's like my body knows that the harmful artificial lights are being blocked.
Lastly, (and most importantly for my ego haha) I actually look cool and am not embarrassed to wear these in public or with family/friends. For example, blue light blockers on long late flights (especially in different time zones) have been a life saver for me, but I always looked like a frickin' weirdo. Not anymore though, because Ra Optics actually has cool styles. Now, I can feel good AND look good with my light therapy lenses.
So grateful to Matt for taking the time to create science-based effective glasses that look good and cool, feel comfortable on my face, don't completely mess up my color perception (watching a show with my partner on TV with my Ra's on is now possible), and actually help my biology align with the natural cycles so that it can stay healthy, and so that I can have maximum energy to create the life I want.
Plus, beyond light therapy products, I love what Ra stands for. I can't wait to see where the company goes from here.
i've been searching for bluelight glasses for years, and let me save you the trouble- these are the ones. they are perfect. i notice a SIGNIFICANT difference in how my eyes feel after working on the computer, and in how i sleep and how i feel in the morning if i work late at night. they are amazing! would recommend to everyone, and hope to one day get a few different pairs :)
