Requirements
Proven success in partnerships, influencer marketing, or business development

Role
Ra Optics is seeking an amazing Customer Support Agent who is available to work remotely between 4:00 PM and 11:59 PM PST and is passionate about providing exceptional, personalized support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email, social media, and chat, resolving order issues, managing returns and exchanges, and communicating with our 3PL and shipping carriers like FedEx and USPS. You’ll use tools like Shopify to manage orders and support tickets, and help maintain efficient systems by creating and updating macros, tracking (and reporting) customer feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate has e-commerce customer service experience, C2-level English proficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Requirements
Fluent in English
At least 2+ years experience working as a customer support agent — preferably for D2C e-commerce brands
Excellent communication skills (empathic, proactive, professional)
Excellent problem-solver with a result-oriented mindset
Experience with CX platforms such as Gorgias or Richpanel
Experience with Shopify
Experience with a return management software such as Loop or Returnly
Experience with leadership or having the ambition to lead
Affinity with health
