I’ve been using cheap red lens glasses off of amazon for months, and they took glare off screens and LEDs at night for sure, but then I made the switch to RA and it was obvious these block more wavelengths than the cheap ones and I’m so ready to rack out after 20-30 minutes of wearing these at night.
