Have to admit, I had a healthy amount of skepticism when I bought these glasses. But I’m very focused on getting good quality sleep so decided to give them a shot. SO glad I did!! I have an Oura ring & there’s noticeable improvement in my sleep ! I’m a believer! I’m me wearing them nightly forever!!

One word: clarity. Never in my life have I put lenses on that feel like an extension of my eyes like these do. It’s pretty profound. Already feel like they are helping calm my nervous system at night, and I’m falling asleep faster and faster: even if I’m looking at screens right before bed as it happens sometimes. I will be a RaOptics wearer for life. Trust me: they are worth the investment. :)

I have both the daylight and evening clyde’s and they are wonderful. I work in finance and spend a lot of time working in spreadsheets which require meticulous detail and focus. These glasses help my eyes stay fresh and avoid headaches over time. Also great experience wearing the evening lenses as the day winds to an end. TY RA.

I have always been sensitive to screens and artificial light, especially after sunset, but figured that, apart from becoming Amish, there was no solution for this.

My first day using these glasses: I was on my phone making a complicated online order. Normally, this would cause me stress, subtle eye strain. and nervous system dysregulation. But wearing these glasses? None of that. I am more relaxed and happy in the evenings, and more ready for bed at a decent hour than previously. I can't wait to get another pair, but for daytime! My new best friends.
