My boyfriend is a trainer. I bought him both the daylight and sunset glasses. While wearing the daylight glasses he tested his blood pressure. It was 10 points lower then he has ever seen it! Now he is telling all his clients they must purchase them for optimum health benefits! Very exciting...

Best on the market
This is my second pair of RA Optic glasses and I love them. I've been using the Daylight lenses not just for indoor environments where I'm battered with blue light, but also outdoors when the sun glare is intense in the middle of the day. I've noticed I can spend longer outdoors without the mental fatigue I usually get from squinting constantly in the Aussie sun. Great product, everyone needs a pair
