My eyes feel different after I wear the daylight glasses for a few hours in front of screens or when I drive. I notice my sleep patterns have slowly changed and I am sleeping more than I was before I wore the glasses. Last night I woke up and wore the red lens glasses to look at my phone screen and it was easier to fall back asleep. I never noticed how much blue light LED technology was out there until I started wearing RA Optics glasses. All the current cars have day light LED beams on all the time.

I was recommended RA optics from a guy I am doing a course for my tinnitus (Liam stops Tinnitus) and they were delivered before the time they gave me, and they kept me informed of the delivery by email.
