My review is a few months later since the purchase. I usually like to give it more time to really use the product and to give my honest opinion.

If you are someone that is constantly under artifical light then you should get a set of Ra Optics glasses. One of the most noticable things is the extra focus during the day and a easier time falling asleep at night. They come with a case and a box for storage.

I use these glasses because I am really working on getting my circadian rhythm on line for health reasons. I use the Clyde daylight in the morning before the sun has come up to move around my house and to check things on my phone and computer. Use the orange ones in the evenings for the same reasons. I am very happy with them.
