Worth every dollar!
These are a MUST for anyone trying to take control of their health. I wear these every morning before sunrise and every afternoon after sunset and I feel a difference. Don’t neglect your light environment!

slay that dopamine dragon
I work in an LED lit building and started wearing my glasses daily while inside. Felt a difference instantly. I used to feel like shit, be unmotivated, and too tired to do much else but watch something after work. The combination of wearing these inside and going outside for natural sunlight as much as possible has changed my life. My dopamine is no longer crashing. I have slayed my dopamine dragon.
