So glad I found these, I’ve had issues with insomnia for years, I’m not kidding these have really made a difference and I’ve tried almost everything under the sun! I have both the day and evening and was hesitant about making the investment, so glad I did! Would love to see a kids line!
So far (2 weeks in) these have been amazing. I've been struggling with post-concussion recovery for over a year, dealing with symptoms like extreme fatigue, brain fog, headaches, eye strain and more. I work in front of a screen all day at my job, so it's been a major struggle. After 2 weeks of wearing the daylight lenses while working, I've noticed a drastic improvement in all those symptoms. I'm hoping I continue to recover and see improvement, but so far I'm super grateful for the team at Ra Optics for making such a great product.
The lenses work , I instantly feel more calm when wearing these glass . When I’m on the computer on tablet and wear the ra optics I got much more work done feel less fatigued , less bad reactions to the computer or tv. The first time I white them that night I had the best night sleep . Definitely reduces stress levels regarding blue light . I have suffered from this type of stress my whole life with video games, early morning computer use.
