RA Optics makes great blue light glasses, but the people behind them are even better. Laura was so helpful, guiding me through the process and answering all my emails with kindness and patience. Even though my return period was over, they replaced my pair with no hassle and no excuses — just genuine care and outstanding service. I also appreciated hearing directly from the founder Matt Maruca, which made me feel valued as a customer. You don’t see that kind of care every day, and it definitely earned my trust and loyalty.

The Popp sunglasses by Ra Optics with the Sunset lenses have exceeded all my expectations. The build quality is outstanding, the fit is comfortable, and the lens tint is perfect for winding down in the evening without straining my eyes. I can actually feel my nervous system relax when I put them on. They’re stylish, effective, and easily one of the best wellness investments I’ve made.

I have been a fan of color therapy for a while so I was intrigued by the concept. I have had issues with sleep for a while often waking up at 1-3 and being awake for hours. I’ve known about blue light and had turned it off on my computers and devices but the tv did not have that option. I decided to o try the sunset glasses. I could feel the difference shortly after putting them on as my body had a tangible powering down effect. A month in, I’m definitely sleeping consistently better. Great product. Great quality of frames and lenses. The clarity of the glasses is really great which you need if you are going to wear them at night. I highly recommend them.

In all of the chaos of life lately, there have been many times I have had to be in the hospital late at night. These are the number one item I make sure to bring because it helps with my sleep later and also helps with the overstimulation. Cannot recommend enough.

Obsessed. I wear as soon as the sun sets — I'm the girl working until 2 am on my laptop and (in the past) had crusty eyes and headaches. But now, with the Sunset shades, I can actually fall asleep the second I close my laptop, get good rest, and not wake up with a crippling headache.
