I cannot even describe how much these have affected my life!

For many years I have often had challenges falling asleep, or sleeping well. Sometimes after a full day of hard physical training, mental work, nonstop all day… and exhausted… I would still lay awake for hours at times.

I’ve been wearing these every night for a week and a half or so. In that time… I now fall asleep in 5 mins or less, sleep through the night, and I’ve even been dreaming more! Plus my eyes feel so much more comfortable.

I cannot overstate how much these have improved my sleep!!

I’m so grateful to have finally tried these. I’ve tried other “blue blockers” in the past, and it was nothing like this.

I tried the Clyde frames, but much prefer the JC. Less bulky frame, better eye coverage.

I switch from the yellow to these after dinner. I read with them in bed every night. It does take some getting used to while watching TV but it's not a big deal. I didn't realize how much blue light was affected me. I got over 7 hours of sleep last night instead of my usual 5.
