Really Works!
I’ve had sleep issues ever since I started working overnight shifts 2 years ago. I since switched back to a regular shift but have been feeling burn out and “wired but tired” no matter how long I slept. Since using these glass I’ve noticed a significant impact in my bodies ability to wind down and prepare for sleep. It’s like my system started producing its own melatonin again, and all I needed to do was block the harmful blue light in the evening. I cannot recommend these enough!

I’m sleeping soundly again!
I LOVE these glasses and I look cool too in my house at night! Ha. Really though, now that I have them I can imagine how wired I was viewing various screens at night. I take them off for a second just to see the difference and it’s huge. My sleep has been so much better…back in a good circadian rhythm.
