After only recently finding out about blue light glasses, I had to do a little digging, but it didn't take long to find out RA Optics are the best ones on the market! I thought I could get away with a cheap pair from another brand at first, but they were so atrocious to look at, I had to send them back instantly.

RA's incredibly easy ordering/return process gave me the confidence to get my pair and try them out with no pressure. I ended up going with the Nate model and love them. It sounds crazy, but I instantly noticed it was easier to fall asleep at night after wearing them for a couple hours prior.

I also wear them to work and only a matter of time before I add a daylight pair!

Thanks to Covid and most of my team being in Europe and East Coast - I am in front of my monitor from 6 am to 5 pm. This was leaving me physically exhausted. I tried all kinds of anti glare, blue light protection etc. the daylight glasses are a game changer. I also own a pair of sunset. Love this even more. My quality of sleep has improved many fold. They truly make me feel good. I also have the Light Diet course that is mind boggling. Wish I knew this earlier but I guess better late than never.
