I shopped around for along time before finally purchasing these. I bartend and get really annoyed of the blue-direct-fluorescent-lights and staring at the computer screen. These set my eyes and mind at ease.
Once you start wearing these you notice how straining the blue lights really are on your eyes at night.
These days I wear these at night and never sunglasses in the day.
Been sleeping better already too!
Also, Im not full of shit... I got these as an experiment because that neurosurgeon, Dr Jack Kruse, said try it and see what happens. Welp, I have experienced the benefits.
